Warranty policy ：

Standard factory hardware warranty ( All ELP equipment is shipped with a standard factory warranty of 1 year. During this period, ELP will do all repairs free of charge (material and labor).
The faulty parts or units have to be shipped freight prepaid to a ELP regional service center. ELP will pay the freight charges when the repaired parts are shipped back to the customer's site. Damage of equipment due to improper use is not covered by this warranty.
